Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. RazerPay payments are verified automatically. Manual bank transfer payments are verified within 1–2 working days — we will notify you by email once confirmed.
Our team operates Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Deliveries are handled via NinjaVan. Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur during peak festive seasons.
International Shipping — Singapore & Hong Kong
MOKiN ships to Singapore and Hong Kong via Teleport. Estimated delivery time is calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.

Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing your order.
Returns & Warranty
Every TrueGround™ charger carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
How to make a claim

- Include your order number and photos or video clearly showing the defect
- Our team will assess your submission and advise on next steps
International warranty claims (Singapore & Hong Kong)
Submit your evidence as above. Depending on the assessment, return of the unit to our Malaysia service centre may be required for inspection before a replacement is issued.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical faults. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorised modification.
